The learned counsel representing respondent nos. 1 and 2, inform the Court that he has received instructions today itself. Urgency is expressed on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner since he apprehend that the posts which have been advertised may be filled in, and this would result in substituting the petitioner and his continuation in the unaided section.

In these circumstances, we direct the counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 to obtain instructions whether interviews have been held pursuant to the advertisement issued in December, 2024, and if so, then what is the status of appointment.
