Mr. More, learned counsel appears for the Respondent No.1 and seeks time. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners would submit that in the complaint filed by the Respondent No.1, without giving any notice to the Petitioners, the Joint Charity Commissioner has proposed a change in the mode of succession to the office of the Trustees, which was sanctioned on 4th April, 2018. Considering the submission that without giving any notice, the mode of succession to the office of the Trustees is sought to be changed by amending the scheme, till the next date, the impugned order dated 12th December, 2022 is stayed. List the Petition for further consideration on 6th December, 2024. Reply, if any, to be filed before the next date.
