The petitioner was working with the respondent as Associate Professor. The petitioner tendered his resignation in the year 2003. The petitioner is claiming the gratuity, leave encashment, G.I., pension etc. from the State Government. 3.

It is also open for the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation to the State Government. If such representation is made the same will be decided as ZIP
