Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would make a fair statement that if the petition is allowed and directions are issued to the Education Oicer to grant approval to the services of petitioner No.3, the petitioner would claim grant in aid salary from the date of submission of the proposal and not from the date of appointment.
