The matter is heard in chamber for considerable time. With the assistance of Mr. Ajay Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Ms. Manisha Devkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, with a view to settle the dispute between the parties discussion was held with the Petitioner, Respondent and three minor children as well as with the Petitioner's father and the mother of the Respondent. After elaborate discussion, parties have agreed for certain interim arrangement. Mr. Ajay A. Joshi, learned Counsel and Ms. Manisha Devkar, learned Counsel, both, tender Interim Consent Terms signed by both the parties. The Interim Consent Terms are also signed by Petitioner's father and Respondent's mother. The Consent Terms are also signed by both the learned Advocates. 920-wp-3168-2024.doc identify the signature of respective clients. Parties who are personally present state that they have arrived at agreed interim arrangement as set out in the Interim Consent Terms.

Accordingly, the Interim Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
