Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 appearing for the Human Rights Commission submits that in view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

However, learned AGP submitted that there is an important question of law involved.

We find from the submissions of learned counsel for Respondent No.1 that the Writ Petition is rendered infructuous in
Bhogale 45.wp-3288-2024.odt view of the subsequent developments. The question of law raised in this Writ Petition is however kept open to be decided in appropriate proceedings.

Liberty to apply for restoration is kept open. 6.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
