Prima facie, it appears that the respondent No.1 has failed to disclose previous ailments while entering into the contract of insurance. Therefore, prima facie, the Insurance Company appears to be within their rights to repudiate their claim. Hence, issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 11 June 2024. 2.

Till the next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
