Since not a single relative from the paternal side of the Petitioner has a validity certificate, the parties agree that this matter will have to be heard finally at admission stage, as it involves the issue of granting a validity certificate for the first time to any person from the paternal side.

List this Petition on 14th November, 2024. If time permits, this Petition would be heard finally at admission stage. This matter shall be called out after the fresh admissions board is over.
