This Interim Application is for amendment of the Writ Petition and also for impleading the University as Respondent No.5 in the connected Writ Petition, on the ground that some directions are being sought against the Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik, Though it's Controller of Examination, Mhasrul, District Nashik.

We have perused the Schedule of amendments. Prayer has been made to insert paragraph No. 7-A in the Writ Petition as well as prayer clause (b-i).

The prayer for amendment is not opposed. In view of the above and considering the ground on which the prayer is made, amendments, as sought for, stand granted.

Consequently, the Maharashtra University of Health Science shall stand impleaded as Respondent No.5 in the connected Writ Petition.

The cause title in Writ Petition be also amended accordingly. 7.

Copy of amended Writ Petition be served upon the learned Counsel for the Respondents.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
