This Petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the Application dated 27th March 2023 filed by the Petitioner for grant of a Caste Validity Certificate expeditiously and as early as possible, preferably within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of communication of this order. The Petitioner is a student pursuing the Physiotherapy Degree Course. Satish Sangar 1/2

38-WP-3525-2025+IA(ST)-38283-2025.doc Considering that the Petitioner's caste claim has not been decided for a long time, the Petitioner seeks a direction that his result of the 1st year examination answered by him (Seat No.595637), be declared. We are inclined to direct the Respondent No.5-University to declare the result of the Petitioner of the 1st year Physiotherapy Course forthwith in the interest of the Petitioner. However, such declaration shall be subject to the outcome of the proceedings before the Scrutiny Committee. 2.
