Mr. Sawant, the learned counsel for the Petitioner by inviting attention to the judgment of this Court dated 20th April 2021 in Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 98190 of 2020 [Kisan Songya Bangara vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.] submits that with regard to the land adjoining the subject matter of the aforesaid proceedings, permission to alienate the land has been refused under Section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. He submits that after the aforesaid judgment was delivered, the Collector on 12th October 2021 has granted conditional permission in terms of aforesaid judgment.

The learned Additional Government Pleader to obtain instructions as to whether the Respondent No.2 has any objection 1/2
