By the impugned order passed by the Deputy Director of Education on 17.07.2012, it has been stated that the requirements of clause 12.5 of the Government Resolution dated 17.02.2012 have not been satisfied. This aspect has been reiterated in the Affidavit-in-Reply filed on behalf of Respondent No.2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to file rejoinder in this regard. Time granted. The Petitioner shall place on record all necessary documents that are required to be submitted in accordance with clause No. 12.5 of the Government Resolution dated 17.02.2012.
