The Petitioner's claim for the Old Pension Scheme was rejected on the ground that though the Petitioner was appointed on an aided post, he was working on part-time basis. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the stand taken by the Respondent-State is contrary to the various decisions of this Court.

Learned AGP seek time to take instructions as to the corrective measures to be taken to avoid any action being taken under the contempt jurisdiction.
