Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 2nd August 2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jaysingpur, whereby an objection was raised by the petitioner to the admissibility in evidence of the notarized Agreement for Sale. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 3.

The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that in terms of ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.03.28 11:04:58 +0530 the order passed by the Court, the insufficiently stamped Agreement for Sale was impounded and, thereafter, the Collector of Stamps has adjudicated the stamp duty and penalty and, accordingly, on 29th June 2024, the requisite stamp duty and penalty has been paid. A copy of the 1/2

36-WP-3818-2024.DOC certificate issued by the Collector of Stamps dated 29th June 2024 is tendered for the perusal of the Court.

Once the deficit stamp duty and penalty is paid the embargo on the admissibility of the instrument is lifted. 5.

In view of the aforesaid subsequent developments, Petition stands disposed.
