The order passed by this Court on 5th July, 2024 has not been fully complied with. We appreciate the fairness of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner who, while addressing us, has pointed out the order dated 5th July, 2024 passed by the earlier Bench, which has not been fully complied with.

We find that the said order has not been complied with for more than 18 months. Rs.25,00,000/- are said to have been deposited with the Gram Panchayat. The Gram Panchayat has given a receipt for only Rs.10,00,000/-.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has tendered the photostat copies of three cheques for an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (in total), which have been deposited with the Gram Panchayat, Nhave. The photostat copies of the three cheques are taken on record and marked as 'X-1' collectively for identification. The Petitioner's representatives instructing the learned Advocate are present in the Court hall.

A statement is made that the remainder amount of Rs.20,00,000/- would be deposited with the Gram Panchayat by 4th March, 2026. The Gram Panchayat would issue receipts to the Petitioner for all the amounts that have been paid. 5.
At the request of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, who seeks liberty to withdraw this Petition after
complying with the order passed by this Court on 5th July, 2024, list this Petition on 7th March, 2026 for 'disposal/withdrawal'. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
