The Petitioner has approached this Court for seeking a direction that his application for benefits of the Assured Career Progression scheme, be considered. The Respondents have entered an affidavit in reply dated 10.10.2024, which is filed through the E-filing process. We are informed that, by order dated 15.05.2015, the request of the Petitioner has been turned out.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would have to challenge the said order, which is supplied to him along Talwalkar

21.WP4062.2024.odt with the copy of the affidavit in reply, by filing a fresh Petition. 3.

Since the Petitioner has received the copy of the order of rejection of his request dated 15.05.2015, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to assail the said order by availing of a remedy, as is permissible in law.
