On 21st June 2024, the following order was passed : "'1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to obtain instructions as regards time within which Revision Application No.132 of 2023, preferred by the petitioner-Co-operative Society would be decided.

Put up on 28 June 2024 under the caption of "Directions"."

Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that within a period of six weeks from receipt of the copy of this order, Revision Application No.132 of 2023 preferred by the Petitioner-Co-operative Society will be decided in accordance with law. Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2

In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.1 to decide the Revision Application as filed by the Petitioner within a period of six weeks from receiving the copy of this order.

Till the Revision Application is decided, no coercive steps be taken against the Petitioner.

This direction is issued without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
