The petitioner has challenged the order dated 12.01.2023, whereby delay in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.55 of 2014 has been considered. 2.

It is observed that the petitioner has an efficacious alternate remedy of filing a Second Appeal against the impugned order. 3.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, including filing a Second Appeal, in accordance with law.
