By this Petition, the Petitioners essentially seek a direction to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the Petitioners' applications dated 18th July 2023 and 5th September 2023 within a stipulated period.

Considering that this is the only relief sought in the Petition, the Petition is taken up for hearing forthwith. It appears that Shivgan 1/2

Considering the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3-Authorities to decide the Petitioners' applications expeditiously and in any event, within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to state, that we have not heard the Petitioners on merits and as such, keep all contentions of all the parties on merits open.
