This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the Judgment dated 30th January, 2025.

The learned Advocate points out that inadvertently, the name of Petitioner No.22, Krishna Devram Rabade has not been typed in the cause title of the Judgment.

We have verified that the said name as 'Petitioner No.22' exists in the cause title of the Petition paper book. In view of the above, this motion is disposed off with a direction to add the name 'Krishna Devram Rabade', as Petitioner No.22 in Writ Petition No.7862 of 2023. Consequentially, the name 'Bhaskar Rama Pardhi', would be mentioned at Serial No.23.
