In these matters, the learned Advocate Mr. Talekar
submits that though the Petitioners have not completed 10 years in the Ashram Schools, these petitions may be entertained for the reason that they are praying for adequate wages, keeping in view, that a paltry amount of Rs.54/- per hour is being paid to them. 4.
The learned AGP submits that an affidavit would be filed in these matters. We grant time to the State to enter their affidavit, on or before 30th November 2024.
