Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that since it had been clarified that there is no need for interlocutory relief, the deed pursuant to the Deemed Conveyance has actually been executed since the last date.

In these circumstances, he seeks liberty to bring on record the Deemed Conveyance and to amend the Petition to add an appropriate relief impugning the execution of the Conveyance Deed. Liberty is granted to effect such amendments.
