This Court is informed that the dispute has been amicably settled between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 3 which is the Maharashtra Mathadi and General Kamgar Union. The Consent Terms are tendered which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the authorized representative of the Petitioner-Company and by the General Secretary of the Respondent No. 3-Union and counter-signed by their respective counsel. The authorized representative of the Petitioner and the General Secretary of Respondent No. 3-Union are present in Court and Sairaj 1 of

3 WP-4659-2024.doc reiterates the terms of the Consent Terms. The Petition is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms.

It is clarified that the Consent Terms are not binding on the Chairman, Metal and Paper Markets and Shops Mathadi Workers Board and upon State of Maharashtra who are not signatories to the Consent Terms.

The disposal of the Petition in terms of the Consent Terms will not come in the way of the Chairman, Metal and Paper Markets and Shops Mathadi Workers Board and State of Maharashtra from taking any decision in respect of the assigned work as well as the toli which is subject-matter of the present Petition in accordance with law. 4.

The settlement, if any, is between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 3 which will not bind the Mathadi Board and State of Maharashtra in any manner whatsoever.
