It will not be out of place to mention here that by order dated 29.04.2025, the learned Advocate for the petitioner had sought time to place on record the Government Circular dated 05.11.1992. On 09.06.2025, he sought time once again and failed to file the circular. It is not even filed till today. Again and again when the adjournments are asked, we cannot grant the same.
