This petition was disposed of by order dated 30.04.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court, issuing specific direction contained in paragraph No.9 of the said order. Specific timelines were to be followed and a compliance report was to be filed by respondent No.3 - District Collector and Deputy Director of Resettlement (Land), Pune. The compliance report was to be submitted on or before 31.08.2025.
