This petition is listed for compliance of directions issued in the order dated 30.04.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court. The operative directions are found in paragraph No.9 of the said order, whereby the petition was disposed of. The same reads as follows: '9.
Therefore, we direct Respondent Nos 2 and 3 to do the following within the timeline indicated below:- (a) To ensure that revenue records are corrected, the name of Respondent No.4 or their legal representatives is deleted, and the Petitioners' names are reinstated. This exercise must be completed within four weeks of uploading this order.

18_WP_4812_24.doc (b) Alternate land should be allotted to the legal representatives of the deceased of Respondent No.4 within three months of such Respondents appearing before Respondent No.3 and producing an authenticated copy of this order;' 2.
The learned AGP submits that clause (a) of the above-quoted operative directions has been complied with and this is confirmed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
Insofar as the direction contained in clause (b) of the operative directions is concerned, the learned AGP submits that all necessary steps have been taken and that the matter is pending for the signature of the Additional Collector, so that an alternate land can be allotted to the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.4. It is submitted that the necessary steps will be taken within a period of one week from today.

The learned counsel for the applicant (original review petitioner) in Interim Application No.2962 of 2026 seeks leave to amend the application as well as the review petition, to add the original petitioners as parties to the application and review petition. 5.
In the interest of justice, leave is granted to carry out such amendment. Amendment be carried out within one week from today. 6.
