In our order dated 17.04.2026, we had taken note of the fact that the direction contained in paragraph No.9(a) of an earlier order dated 30.04.2025, had been complied with and that it was necessary to comply with the direction contained in paragraph No.9(b) of the said order. Today when the matter is called out for consideration, the learned AGP has tendered copy of an order dated 04.05.2026 issued by the Additional Collector, allotting an alternate land to the respondent No.4. Copy of the said order is taken on record and marked 'X'.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in Writ Petition No.4812 of 2024.

We have heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner. 5.

Issue notice, returnable on 20.07.2026. The learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. Mr. Narvekar, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.5A to 5C. 6.
