Today when the matter is called out for consideration, the learned AGP has tendered copy of an order dated 04.05.2026 issued by the Additional Collector, allotting an alternate land to the respondent No.4. Copy of the said order is taken on record and marked 'X'.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in Writ Petition No.4812 of 2024.
