Learned Advocate for the petitioner appearing through video conferencing submits that the petition was filed for quashing the communication regarding approval to the appointment of petitioners, however, due to passage of time, the approval has now been granted and the name of petitioner No.1 has also been included in Shalarth I.D. and therefore, nothing survives in the petition.
