There is some dispute as to whether these matters pertain to the assignment of this Bench. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the notices that are impugned in this Petition were issued under the MRTP Act. However, learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that this matter pertains to the acquisition of the Petitioner's land and payment of compensation thereupon. 2.

Accordingly, the Registry to first examine this issue if necessary, by hearing learned Counsel for the parties placed a note whether these matters could pertain to our assignment. This exercise must be carried out within 15 days from today. 3.
