The challenge in this writ petition arises out of an order passed under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioner has remedy of filing revision application under Section 154 of the MCS Act. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in this writ petition open to be agitated before the revisional authority, the present writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
