The limited grievance of the Petitioner is about pendency of the proposal with the Education Authority being forwarded by the Management seeking approval to their appointments.

As far as the Petitioner No. 1 is concerned, his proposal is forwarded by the Management to the Respondent No. 2 Education Officer(Secondary) on 2.1.2023 and this proposal is alleged to be pending. As far as Petitioner No. 2 is concerned, the Principal has forwarded the proposal to the Respondent No. 3 Talwalkar

903.WP5052.2024.odt Deputy Director Divisional Commissioner on 2.1.2023 since the Petitioner No. 2 is working in Higher Secondary Section. Since the grievance of the Petitioners is limited to the prayer for decision of the proposal which are pending with the respective authorities, we deem it appropriate to direct the Education Officer(Secondary) as well as Deputy Director Divisional Commissioner Nashik to decide the respective proposals of the Petitioners within a period of 8 weeks from the receipt of this order.

The learned AGP shall communicate the order to the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
