The limited grievance of the Petitioners is about pendency of the proposal with the Education Officer(Secondary) being forwarded by the Management seeking approval to their appointments.

The proposals for seeking approval to the appointments of Petitioners are forwarded by the Management to the Respondent No. 2 Education Officer(Secondary) on 23.07.2021 and these proposals are alleged to be pending. Talwalkar

904.WP5053.2024.odt Since the grievance of the Petitioners is limited to the prayer for decision of the proposals which are pending with the Educational Officer(Secondary), we deem it appropriate to direct the Education Officer(Secondary) to decide the respective proposals of the Petitioners within a period of 8 weeks from the receipt of this order.

The learned AGP shall communicate the order to the Respondent No. 2.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
