The petitioner is challenging the order dated 24.08.2021 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Revision No.368/2018, thereby rejecting the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (hereinafter called as "MLRC").

In the light of the judgment of Hon'ble Apex in the case of Gurdassingh N. Panjawani Vs. the State of Maharashtra; 2015 (6) MLJ 915, the petitioner can file a second revision before the State Government under Section 257 of the MLRC. Learned counsel for

2 924.WP.5227.24.odt the petitioner, therefore seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file second revision before the State Government. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.

Needless to state that the time consumed in prosecuting this writ petition will be taken into consideration while considering the aspect of delay.
