This matter was at serial No.945 on the board dated 11.06.2024. Though two Advocates have appeared in the matter and urgent circulation is sought, none were present. We ourselves granted an overnight pass over.

Today again when the matter is called out, neither of the two Advocates are present. Moreover, the Petitioner desires that this Court should direct the Family Court in the light of the following prayer clauses:- "(A) Writ petition may kindly be allowed and direct the Ld. Family Court order on Exh.No.57 filed in Regular Darkhast No.06/2021 in which arrears are 60,000/- within stipulated period.

(( 2 )) 945-WP-5436-2024 (B) Pass order that, Regular Darkhast no.06/2021 transfer to Ld. C.J.S.D. Court at Ahmednagar."

Considering that none of the lawyers are working out this matter, in as much as, a Writ of Mandamus cannot be issued for transferring a Regular Darkhast to another Court in Ahmednagar District, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
