In the present petition, the challenge is to the judgment passed by the Industrial Court dated 02.12.2022 in Revision ULP No.41/2017. From perusal of the record, it is clear that there was an interim order passed by the Labour Court granting protection to the services of respondent employee. The said order was challenged by the petitioners before the Revisional Court. The Revisional Court confirmed the order of Labour Court and thereby the respondent employee is now continues in service.

During the course of hearing, the petitioners fairly pointed out that the proceedings before the Labour Court bearing Complaint ULP No.16/2016 is now fixed for final argument. In view of this fact, the present petition can be disposed of by passing the following order:

ORDER

Writ Petition stands disposed off with direction to Labour Court, Satara to conclude the proceeding bearing Complaint ULP No.16/2016 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of seven seeks from the date of this order.

No order as to the costs.
