It is open to Respondent No.6 either to file an independent petition or transpose itself as a Co-Petitioner since by the impugned order it is the proposal of Respondent No.6 that has been rejected and consequence would be that Respondent No. 6 will have to pay salary of the Petitioner if salary grant is not received. 2.
