Despite our order dated 4 July 2025 by which two weeks' time was granted to the Respondents to file the reply, no reply is filed till date. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is justified in complaining about the delay in filing of its reply. Still as last opportunity, time for filing reply is extended upto 16 October 2025. If no reply is filed by 16 October 2025, we will proceed on the premise that the Respondents admit the averments in the Petition. Further, the

If the petitioner wishes to file rejoinder, the same should be filed and served by 7 November 2025. List the matter on 14 November 2025.
