Heard learned counsel for the parties. The Corporation has now filed an affidavit and a copy is also furnished to the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Since, this Petition relates to payment of compensation to the Petitioner on account of death of her own husband while in service of the Corporation due to Covid-19, we post the same for final disposal at the admission stage on 9 January 2026.

We direct the Registry to place the matter under the caption of directions/final disposal so that the same can be heard on the said

The learned counsel for the Petitioner is requested to file a short synopsis of arguments along with a list of judgments, if any, that he wishes to rely upon. The Respondents are also at liberty to do the same. This will greatly assist us in disposing of this Petition. 5.
