When such a proposal is submitted, the Respondent No.3 - Education Officer will take a decision thereupon following the methodology laid down in the judgment and order dated 16 April 2024 passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.204 of 2019 and other connected Petitions (Shri Nitin Bhika Tadge and anr. Versus The State of Maharashtra & Others). Petitioner will place the copy of this judgment and order before the concerned Education Authority for reference.
