At the request of Mr Ketan Joshi, learned 'B' Panel Counsel appearing for the Respondent-State, list the matter again on 26th November 2025, so as to obtain updated instructions on the proposal submitted by the Divisional Commissioner to the State Government, and inform this Court if the proposal has, in the meantime, being acted upon by the State. The learned counsel for the Respondent-State to also obtain instructions as regards the timeline within which the decision will be taken in the matter, if not already done.
