The learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned Advocates for the Respondents are present.

The learned Advocate for the parties submit that, the parties appeared before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, and the terms of compromise are verified before the learned Registrar (Judicial). The report from the learned Registrar (Judicial) is placed on record. The terms of compromise are also placed on record.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, the affidavit of the mother, i.e. the natural guardian of the minors, is filed on record in terms of the Order XXXII Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The affidavit states that, the compromise is for the benefits of the minors. A certificate by the learned Advocate for the Petitioners in support of the said affidavit is also filed. The same is taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit - 2'. In view of the same, leave is granted to compromise as per the said affidavit by the naturial guardian.

In the light of the above-referred compromise, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Hence, the writ petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn. [NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J.] Sameer/May-2026
