This petition is circulated for speaking to the minutes of order dated 15th April 2024. The first correction requested is regarding clarification that the amount of costs to be deposited is with reference to the cost payable only to respondent nos. 2 and 3. I do not find any substance in the said request. The order was passed after considering submissions of the parties.

The second correction requested is with regard to the prayer clause (b) being incorrectly reproduced from the connected petition. Hence, order dated 15th April 2024 to be corrected as follows : "In paragraph 6 prayer clause (b) which is reproduced to be replaced with the following prayer clause :

(b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the effect, operation, implementation & execution of directions contained in Paragraph Nos. 5 and 6 of the impugned order dated 12th October 2023". 3.

Original order to be corrected and corrected order to be uploaded.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks extension of time to deposit the cost. Time to deposit the cost is extended by two weeks from today.
