This Petition challenges notices dated 30th March 2023 issued under section 148A(b) and consequential notice dated 19th April 2023 issued under section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. 2.

Ms Kapadia for the Respondent agrees to provide to the Petitioner copy of the material relied upon by the Respondent for issuance of the notices.

Ms Agarwal, for the Petitioner submits that upon receiving the material the Petitioner would file a Reply and raise all objections available to them in law.
