RAVINDRA V. GHUGE & ASHWIN D. BHOBE, JJ.

DATE : 20th February, 2025 P.C. :- 1.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the impugned order is with regard to a direction to the Management to permit the Petitioners to compete through the Pavitra Portal for recruitment.

2.

After the filing of these Petitions, the Petitioners have tendered the Applications for being considered through the Pavitra

Trupti 913 and 914 common order.odt Portal. It is clarified that they will continue in employment and the fresh proposal for approval has been tendered. 3.

We find that the said proposal is insignificant in the light of the impugned order of refusal to grant approval. The Petitioners will have to first succeed as against the impugned order or apply afresh through the Pavitra Portal and compete with all who are applying through the said Portal, for a fresh appointment. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are not willing to compete for a fresh appointment. 5.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 25th March,2025. The learned AGPs waive service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, State.

6.

Let the affidavits-in-reply be filed, at least, ten days prior to the returnable date.
