Jalgaon vide order dated 15/10/2024. A copy of said order is placed on record which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. Present Petitioner raises challenge to interim order passed in Regular Darkhast No. 24 of 1986. 2.

In that view of matter, Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty in favour of Petitioner to avail appropriate remedy under law against impugned order, if occasion arises.
