Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. According to him, the present proceedings arise from the order passed by the Family Court at Bandra, whereby the application for amendment was dismissed. However, now considering that the proceedings before the Family Court at Bandra has itself been disposed of on 30th August 2024, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. 3.
