This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed prayer for the following substantive reliefs:

"a.This Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for relevant record and proceedings from the office of Respondents No.1 and direct Respondent Nos.2 to 5 to supply electricity to the premises allotted to Petitioner's by Respondent No.6 in as per applications dated 24 March 2021, 11 June 2021 and 6 March 2018 filed by the petitioners within time bound period." 2.

It appears that the petitioners application for supply of Electricity to the premises in question dated 24 March 2021, 11 June 2021 and 6 March 2018 are pending consideration of Respondent Nos.4 and 5 who are the officers of respondent No.2. In our opinion, it would be appropriate that such applications are taken up and adjudicated as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a 07 April 2025 Kiran Kawre
