The learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 contends that the Petitioners have not raised the issue of jurisdiction before the Grievance Committee and have participated in the proceedings taking a chance and have sought to raise the issue of jurisdiction only after the decision has gone against them and therefore they have disentitled themselves from raising this ground in writ jurisdiction. The learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 seeks time to place compilation of decisions on record in furtherance of his contention.
