By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent No.2 herein to decide the Petitioner's Representation/ Application, which is annexed at Exhibit 'G' at page 93 of the Petition and thereafter allot alternate land to the Petitioner. 3.

Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the concerned Respondent will decide the Petitioner's Representation/Application as expeditiously as possible and in any event within twelve weeks from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the Petitioner's Representation/Application made before the concerned Respondent and as such, keep all contentions of all the parties on merits open.
