ORDER:
1.
The learned advocate Ms. Rajeshwari Gajbharkar holding for Mr. Abhishek Nandimath submits that she has instructions to state that the Petitioner is no more and in fact he had challenged the communication dated 12th July 2023 issued by the Joint Director, Administration and Finance Commissionarate of Health Services which appears to be in relation to the caste certificate of Respondent No.6. 2.
Perusal of the papers would show that the dispute appears to be of a personal nature and the relationship between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6 appears to have become strain after the sad demise of husband of Respondent No.6.
